This Privacy Policy outlines the objective and how we collect, use, disclose, and process personal data, and the secure methods used to protect your personal data in accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, Government Regulation No. 71 of 2019 on the Administration of Electronic Systems and Transactions, Minister of Communication and Information Regulation No. 20 of 2016 on Personal Data Protection in Electronic Systems, and other applicable laws and regulations (“Personal Data Protection Regulations”).

    All Personal Data will be collected voluntarily, openly, and fairly. We collect the Personal Data provided by you when you carry out transactions at our Online and/or Offline stores and/or access services on our website, including:

    1. Personal details: full name, National Identification Number (NIK), gender, date of birth, passport number, and nationality.
    2. Contact details: residence and domicile address, postal code, country, phone number, mobile phone number, e-mail address, social media username, and other relevant contact details.
    3. Payment and purchase data, including payment information such as transaction time, transaction amount, transaction number, and name of the bank concerned. Purchase information includes the store where the purchase was made, the type, quantity, and price of the product purchased by you.
    4. Data necessary for the delivery of products: full name, address, phone number, mobile phone number, and other delivery details.
    5. Your preferences: age, preferred categories of products, colour, style, other brands purchased, sizes, anniversary, notes regarding purchase habits or special needs stated by the customer – i.e. preferred materials.

    We may automatically collect online usage information when you visit our website or use our Services. This information may include details about your Internet Service Provider, operating system, browser type, domain name, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, referring websites, the pages you request, and the date and time of such requests (“Cookie Information”).   3. Purpose for Collection of Personal Data

    To provide, operate, and improve our Services, we will collect and process your Personal Data. Subject to the other provisions of this Privacy Policy, the purposes of collecting and processing your Personal Data are as follows:

    1. Managing product sales, sales and after-sales services such as verification of repaired product collection, tax refund purposes for foreign tourists, administrative activities, accounting, returns, warranties, fraud prevention, and customer relationship management;
    2. Fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations (including regulations related to anti-money laundering) and to establish or defend a legal claim;
    3. Providing additional services to you based on the total purchases you make within the Time International group in Indonesia, including: personal shopper services, assistance services, delivery services, and membership program benefits;
    4. Conducting research, market analysis, distribution of promotional materials and periodic newsletters of the products, Time International group services and promotions, including events organised by or involving Time International, as well as personalised communications through conventional methods (mail or automated communications via email, text messages/SMS/instant messaging application/social media), and offering special treatment at each Time International boutique in Indonesia;
    5. Creating group and individual profiles, including analysis of your interests, preferences, and purchasing habits, based on purchase details within the Time International Group in Indonesia.

    The collection and processing of this Personal Data are carried out by us in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Regulations and other applicable laws and regulations.

     

  4. Accuracy

    Time International may take practical steps to ensure that the Personal Data collected are accurate. However, your efforts to provide accurate Personal Data upon using Time International’s Services and thereafter to update Time International of any change of your Personal Data are always welcome.

    Time International is not responsible for the validity and accuracy of the Personal Data that you provide.

     

  5. Personal Data Sharing and Disclosure

    In order to fulfil the purposes of collecting Personal Data, Time International may share such Personal Data with the following parties:

    1. Board of Directors, Employees and officers of Time International
    2. Owner of the brands that are traded, operated, or owned by the Time International Group, but are within the scope of our products and Services;
    3. Third-party service providers of Time International that engage with us to assist with providing services to you, including but not limited to sending mail, delivering goods, or receiving and sending electronic messages; and/or
    4. Courts, law enforcement authorities, or regulators, pursuant to a court order, for legal proceedings, or under lawful authority

     

  6. Access and Correction
    1. Subject to the other provisions of this Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations, you have the right to:
      1. Be informed about Time International's Privacy Policy
      2. Know whether Time International holds any of your Personal Data;
      3. Know the types of Personal Data held by Time International;
      4. Request to obtain a copy of your Personal Data; and
      5. Request the termination or deletion of your Personal Data.
    2. You have the control to correct or modify your Personal Data, including if you wish for us to contact you regarding direct marketing, promotional offers, and updates on products and services, or to delete your membership account.
    3.     The security of your Personal Data is our top priority. Accordingly, while there is no privacy and security standard that can provide 100% security, we take steps to ensure that all information and data you provide to us is kept secure and strictly confidential in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We take various precautions to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, alteration, destruction, or similar risks. We are committed to data security by implementing appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial measures to protect and secure your Personal Data. Encryption technologies, such as Secure Sockets Layer, may be used for the transmission of Personal Data collected online. In addition, our network servers are protected by data security measures, and our systems are monitored to prevent unauthorised access

     

  8. Retention of Personal Data

    Time International will retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined above or as required by law. After this period, your Personal Data will be deleted within a minimum period of 5 (five) years thereafter. We cannot delete your Personal Data if there are legal or administrative reasons, such as accounting regulations, or if there are other legal grounds for retaining the data, such as an ongoing contractual relationship.

    In the event that Time International shares your Personal Data with authorised government institutions and/or other institutions that may be appointed by the authorised government, you agree and acknowledge that the process and retention of your Personal Data by the relevant institutions will follow the data storage policies of each institution.

    1. This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically and without further notice to you to reflect changes in our personal information practices. If we make substantial amendments to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting an important notice on our website. You agree that such notice will constitute sufficient and adequate notification to you regarding these amendments.
