Tory Burch launches its elegant afternoon tea which is inspired by the fashion brand’s Spring/Summer 2020 collection. The specially curated menu will be available exclusively at Peacock Lounge, a stunning lounge at the lobby of Fairmont Jakarta from March 10th through April 10th.

The crafted menu includes selections of sweets and savories, designed and created by Fairmont Jakarta’s Executive Pastry Chef Sapto Wibowo and his team. The new limited-time afternoon tea offers traditional English favorites including home-made scones served with clotted cream, jam, and lemon curd, fruit tarts, as well as a selection of open sandwiches.
The menu also offers a range of delicate and imaginative pastries that combines Tory Burch’s Spring/Summer color palette of delicate pastels with bursts of red, yellow, and blue, as well as English garden-inspired floral patterns. The pastries include a Green Tea Chocolate Delight and Baked Blueberry Cheesecake Yuzu Chocolate Milk Crémeux, Raspberry Cream Cake, Orange Almond Macaron, Lemon Zepole, Chocolate Coffee Luwak, Mandarin Opera, and chocolate pralines – all served in an elegant leather-clad white jewelry drawer-chest. Peacock Lounge also offers 30 variety of teas from green and herbal to fruit teas.
