September is our favourite month. At the same time, two years ago, Time International Publications introduced CROWN Indonesia as the first and the only horology specialist media which uses Bahasa — a titles that we still proudly hold until today. If the preparation of our last year’s first anniversary edition was so dynamic, it’s a bit — well frankly, a lot — different this year. However, the unprecedented situation that we’re in proofs that limitations and constraints are gasoline for creativity.
An appreciation towards Indonesian watchmaking is the main theme of #2TahunCrownID celebration. We encourage Indonesian watch lovers to recognize, appreciate and support the local brands via a social media campaign entitled #WaktuSetempat. On this occasion, we highlight Lima Watch and NAM Watches who share their story as well as participate in a giveaway that we held last week on Instagram. Discover the giveaway winners in this edition!
Don’t miss our exclusive interview with Ananda Omesh who talks about the sentimental value behind his watch collection, an in-depth feature about the art of collecting watches and why you shouldn’t treat it as an extreme sport, a curated trend that dominates esteemed watch brands’ releases in 2020, the charm of ultra-thin movement technology, and more from the world of horology with unlimited access of clickable content — tap selected article images with ‘Klik di sini’ symbol — to explore the brands’ universe from the comfort of your own home. Enjoy #BacaDiRumahAja!
