Margaret Qualley brought fairytale to life at the 77th Cannes Film Festival with her CHANEL attire. The American actress wore a pastel-coloured dress to the premiere of her latest film, “Kinds of Kindness,” directed by Greek filmmaker Yorgos Lanthimos.

Styled by Patricia Virillillo, Margaret opted for a dreamy, balletic piece from the CHANEL Spring/Summer 2024-2025 Haute Couture show, which she opened. Margaret and the dress are match-made in (fashion) heaven, as the CHANEL ambassador trained as a ballerina in her youth.

The piece was a long-flared dress in pastel-toned silk tulle, top pleated and embroidered with light pink ribbons and pearl lines, and petticoat embellished with feathers, ribbons, and tulle bows. She paired the beautiful dress with CHANEL shoes.

She also wore the Étoile Filante head jewel in 18K white gold and diamonds to enhance the whole aesthetic. Other jewellery pieces worn were the CHANEL High Jewelry Collection “1932”, 2012; Collection Patrimoine de CHANEL; Paris Tweed Perlé earrings in 18K white gold, diamonds and cultured pearls; CHANEL High Jewelry Comète bracelet in 18K white gold and diamonds; and CHANEL High Jewelry Signature bracelet in 18K white gold and diamonds.

For the make-up, CHANEL US Make-up Artist Tyron Machhause used soft pink hues on Margaret to match the whole look. He shared the behind-the-scenes video on his personal Instagram account.
